Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the departure date.
  • Late Bookings: For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by the Client:
    • More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total tour cost.
    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Cancellation by the Company:
    • We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Changes to the Itinerary

  • Alterations by the Client: Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.
  • Alterations by the Company: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. Clients will be informed as soon as possible.

4. Health and Safety

  • Fitness to Travel: Clients must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the tour.
  • Medical Conditions: Any medical conditions or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Responsibilities and Liability

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and must comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Company Liability: Our liability is limited to the services provided directly by us. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour unless caused by our negligence.

6. Complaints and Disputes

  • Complaints: Any complaints must be raised immediately with the tour guide or company representative to resolve the issue on-site.
  • Disputes: Any disputes arising from the tour will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the company is registered.

7. Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
