We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Changes to the Itinerary
If the client wishes to make changes to the itinerary after booking, any additional costs incurred due to these changes will be borne by the client. The company will strive to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or cost adjustments.
4. Partially Completed Tours
If a client leaves a tour for any reason after it has commenced, we will not provide any refunds for unused services.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued in the event of a force majeure (e.g., acts of God, war, strike, riot, crime, epidemic, sudden legal changes, etc.) causing the client to cancel or change their tour
6. Refund Process
Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to our customer service team.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
7. Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable, except in the case of a tour cancellation by the company.
